Following all weekend Masses on June 1 and 2 (Corpus Christi Sunday), until June 14,parishioners aged 18 and older are invited to participate in the Pastoral Renewal Survey.

The survey can be completed either online or on paper.

ONLINE

• Use the camera function on your phone to scan the QR code for the survey link;

• Alternatively, you can type the URL address on the survey card.

• Make sure to click “SUBMIT” once you have completed all responses. 

 

PAPER

• Please come to St. Francis Parish before or after Mass to receive paper copies

• Make sure to click “YES” on page 2 of the Consent Form.
