Welcome to St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church
St. Francis of Assisi Catholic Church is a parish in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Calgary, located in the core of the downtown.
Our Parish was established in 1931, and the current building was opened in 1957.
Our church is the spiritual refuge for the downtown residents, workers, tourists, and most vulnerable population who lives in the downtown core. St. Francis provides a sense of intimacy to churchgoers that feel upon entering the sacred space.
